Attendance & sessions

Recording attendance is Attendlr's everyday move: you mark who was at the session. Everything else builds on top of it — pass session counts, debts and stats.

  1. Open the session, or create a new one.
  2. Tap the name of each student who was present in the roster.
  3. It saves instantly — there's no separate save button.

Every session belongs to a class type and a location. That's why it's worth setting those up first — after that, creating a session is just a couple of taps.

Quick attendance entry: copy a previous session's roster, so with a regular group you don't have to look everyone up one by one. This feature is available on the Pro plan.

The calendar gives you a monthly overview of your full schedule — you can see what's happening when at a glance. The calendar view is available on the Pro plan.

If a session doesn't happen, cancel it. Cancelling reverses the attendance recorded for that session, so the sessions used aren't wrongly deducted from students' passes, and your stats update too.

Tip: The free plan lets you record 20 sessions a month. If you hold more than that, the Basic plan removes the cap.
