Delete your account and data
In Attendlr, only trainers have accounts. Students never register and never sign in — they are records kept by their trainer. If you are a student and want your data removed, ask your trainer: they hold the record and can delete it at any time.
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
You can delete your account and all of its data yourself, immediately:
- Open Settings.
- Choose Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
For security you'll be asked to sign in again to confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Delete by email
If you can't get into the app, email support@attendlr.com with the subject "Account deletion". Send it from the address your account was created with, so we can verify it's you.
What gets deleted?
Deleting your account permanently removes everything belonging to it:
- your sign-in account and trainer profile,
- your students and their contact details, including contact persons,
- class types, locations, sessions and the entire attendance history,
- passes, payments, fee types and outstanding balances,
- leads, tags, expenses and statistics,
- your support chat and its full message history,
- notification settings and device tokens.
What is retained, and for how long?
- Backups: the database is backed up regularly for operational safety. Deleted data disappears from those backups permanently after at most 98 days.
- Billing records: retained for the period required by law (typically 8 years in Hungary).
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, because Google Play manages it, not us. Cancel it in the Google Play store — ideally before you delete the account.
