Exercises Pro
This feature is part of the Pro plan.
Add your exercises to Exercises once, then just pick them for a session instead of typing them again. Exercises come with the Pro plan, and Premium includes them too.
- Open the menu and tap Exercises under Catalog.
- Tap New exercise.
- Enter the exercise's name.
- Under Measures, choose what you record: Sets, Reps, Weight or Time.
- If you like, enter default values, for example 3 sets of 12 reps.
- Save the exercise.
For each exercise you decide what to record: sets, reps and weight for a squat, for example, and only time for a plank. If you choose none, the exercise shows just its name. Every exercise can have a note; use the Note field for a technique tip, say.
You can also give exercises tags (for example Legs, Strength or Warm-up) in the exercise form, under Tags. Filter the Exercises list with the Filters button, and the picker on a session with the tags above its list. When you add an exercise to a session, its tags come along and show there too. If you change an exercise's tags later, sessions you already planned keep the old ones, and a deleted or merged tag simply drops off them.
- Open the session.
- On the Exercises card, tap Add exercise (or Edit exercises if the session already has some).
- In the sheet, tap Add exercise and tick the exercises you want.
- Tap Add.
- Save.
You can also add exercises in the session form, under Exercises. Tap an exercise to set the values you use in this session: that only changes the session, the default values saved under Exercises stay as they are. Drag the handle on the left to change the order, and tap the X to take an exercise off the session. If an exercise isn't in your list yet, add it right from the picker with New exercise.
In a series, exercises behave like the description. A new series and saving with This and following give them to the later sessions too, and a copied session or a series extension carries the list as well. When you edit the Exercises card you can choose Only this one or This and following. With the second, a later session that already has its own, different exercises keeps them.
You can enter weights in kilograms or pounds: choose under Settings, Appearance & formatting, in the Weight unit row. This is available on every plan. Weights already saved stay in the unit you recorded them in; the app never converts anything.
If your plan drops below Pro, you still see the exercises on older sessions, but editing them needs Pro.
