If I add exercises to a session in a series, do the other sessions get them too? Pro
This feature is part of the Pro plan.
Only if you choose so. When you edit the Exercises card, the default Only this one changes this session alone.
With This and following, the later sessions of the series get the list too. A later session that already has its own, different exercises keeps them. In the session form, saving with This and following carries the exercises along, just like the description.
