Can I record attendance and payments without internet?
Yes. Attendance and payments are saved on your device right away, show up in the lists, and your students' pass balances update immediately too. As soon as you're back online, the app uploads them by itself, even if you closed it in the meantime.
If a save doesn't reach the server within a few seconds, a short message tells you: “Saved on this device.” While you're offline, the students' summary numbers (such as total payments) and the stats don't update. They catch up a few seconds after syncing.
Warning: Until you've been back online, don't sign out or delete the app, or saves that haven't been uploaded yet could be lost.
Tip: Other data (such as a new student) is also kept when saved offline, but there the save button keeps spinning until the connection is back.
