What happens when a student unsubscribes? Premium
This feature is part of the Premium plan.
Every automatic email ends with an unsubscribe link. If the student opens it and confirms, they get no more automatic email from you, and their waiting emails are dropped too. You see the reason on their profile. The same happens when their address bounces or they mark the email as spam.
Tip: You can switch it off yourself when editing the student: No automatic email. Neither affects manual sending.
