Notifications Basic
This feature is part of the Basic plan.
Notifications let you know when something needs your attention: a session is coming up, it's someone's birthday, or a client has started drifting away. You can look back through them in the inbox that opens from the bell icon.
The notification inbox is available from the Basic plan up. Important: not every notification type is included in every plan — a higher plan always includes everything the lower plans get.
Basic: class reminders, the daily agenda, and the auto-archive notice. Pro adds birthday and client-dropout alerts. Premium adds lead-expiry alerts and the lost-lead notice.
You can turn each type on or off individually in Settings, so you only get what actually matters to you.
Tip: Push notifications only arrive on mobile. You won't get push in the browser, but you can still check your notifications in the inbox there.
