I'm on the Basic plan — why don't I get every notification? Basic
This feature is part of the Basic plan.
The notification inbox is available from the Basic plan up, but not every notification type is included in every plan.
Basic: class reminders, the daily agenda, and the auto-archive notice. Pro adds birthday and client-dropout alerts. Premium adds lead-expiry alerts and the lost-lead notice. A higher plan always includes everything the lower plans get.
