Leads from your website Pro
This feature is part of the Pro plan.
When someone signs up through your website's form, you don't have to type their details in by hand. The lead link opens the New lead form already filled in: you check it and tap Save.
The link creates nothing on its own. If a mail program or a link preview opens it, no lead appears either, because saving is always your tap.
The link looks like this: https://app.attendlr.com/lead?firstName=Anna&lastName=Smith&email=anna@example.com&source=Website. The fields come after the question mark, separated by an & sign. All of them are optional, and anything missing stays empty.
The fields: firstName, lastName, email, phone, source (for example Website), gender (male, female or other) and note (for example the time of the trial session; line breaks are kept).
If your form has a single name field, send it as name. It's split in the name order of your app language: in English the family name comes last. A foreign lead's name can come out reversed: then the Swap first and last name button on the form fixes it with one tap.
Put the class type's name in classType, as it appears in the app. Capital letters and accents don't matter. If you have no such class type, the name goes into the note, so it isn't lost.
- Open Settings → Lead link.
- Copy the example link, or tap Try it to see what it opens.
- Have your website (or whoever built it) put this link into the email it sends you when someone signs up, filled in with their details.
- When the email arrives, tap the link.
- Check the details and tap Save.
On a phone the link opens the installed Attendlr app if it's up to date, otherwise the web app in the browser. If you're signed out, the form opens filled in just the same after you sign in.
