Managing leads Pro
This feature is part of the Pro plan.
A lead is a prospective student you haven't started training yet: someone who reached out, tried a class, or asked you to call them back. You track them separately so prospective students don't get lost in the shuffle.
Every lead has a status (like contacted, tried a class, or thinking it over) that you can move forward with one tap as they progress.
When a lead signs up, convert them to a student with one tap, and their details move over to your students list — no retyping needed.
If a lead doesn't turn into a student, set their status to Lost. Leads left as Lost for a while are automatically archived after a grace period; this window is customizable on the Premium plan. With Premium you also get a lead-expiry alert when a lead is about to slip away.
