Why did WhatsApp not open the right person? Pro
This feature is part of the Pro plan.
WhatsApp can only open a chat directly from a number in international format. A number saved as "06 30 …" is converted using the country in your profile. If the app cannot do that safely, WhatsApp opens with the finished text and you pick the contact yourself.
Tip: Save phone numbers with the country code, for example +36, and check that your profile shows the right country.
