My sessions have different lengths. How do I record their prices and passes? Pro
This feature is part of the Pro plan.
The app counts by session, not by the hour. Create a separate pass type for each session length with its own price, e.g. "60-minute session" and "90-minute session", and pick the right one when you record the payment. Without pass types, type the amount by hand: priced proportionally, a 90-minute session costs one and a half times as much as a 60-minute one.
A session-based pass loses one session per attendance, however long the session was. If you sell passes for sessions of different lengths, sell a separate pass for each length (e.g. 10 × 60 minutes and 10 × 90 minutes). Or sell one pass in the shortest unit (e.g. 20 × 30 minutes): after a longer session, open the Passes tab on the student's profile, tap the pass and lower Sessions left by the extra sessions it used.
