Reports & export Premium

Reports and export help you get your data out of the app: create a shareable summary, or keep working with it in a spreadsheet. These features are available on the Premium plan.
The shareable PDF summary is an overview business statement for the period you pick (income, sessions, attendance), which you can send on through your phone's share sheet, or download on the web.
The class profitability report compares your class types side by side: how many sessions you held, how many different students came and how often, what each one earned per hour, per session and per attendance. Sort by whichever number matters to you: profit, profit per hour, how full the classes were. One thing to know: only the expenses you assigned to a class type are counted, so the profit margin here looks better than your real one. General running costs sit in the business summary instead.
CSV export gives you the raw records as a spreadsheet: on mobile through the share sheet, on the web as a download. You can open it in Excel or any other spreadsheet app.
CSV import works the other way around: you can bring in an existing student roster from a file, so you don't have to add everyone one by one.
