Products & sales Premium
This feature is part of the Premium plan.
If you sell products alongside training — gloves, T-shirts, drinks — you can track those in Attendlr too: build your product catalog and record sales. This feature is available on the Premium plan.
- Open the Products list.
- Tap the add-product button.
- Enter its name and price.
- Save.
When you record a sale you pick the product first. Its price seeds the Unit price and Total fields, and the rest of the form only appears afterwards.
After that, recording a sale takes a couple of taps: pick the product and the quantity, and if the buyer is one of your students, you can link the sale to them.
Selling something at a different price doesn't mean doing the maths yourself: you can type over Unit price, and under Discount take off a Percent or a Fixed amount. Total recalculates every time, with the formula spelled out underneath it. If you type over Total yourself, your figure stays until you change the price, the quantity or the discount again.
Sales feed into your stats as income, so your product turnover is part of the real picture — not just session fees.
