Expenses & other income Pro

This feature is part of the Pro plan.

Payments show you what's coming in — expenses show what's going out. If you track both, the app shows your real profit, not just revenue. This feature is available on the Pro plan.

  1. Open the Expenses list.
  2. Tap the add-expense button.
  3. Enter the amount, date and category.
  4. Save.

Expense categories (like rent, equipment, advertising) let you group your costs, so you can see where the money's going.

If you have income that isn't a student payment — like a workshop or a sponsorship — you can record it as Other income, also with its own categories.

Recorded expenses and other income feed into your stats: on the charts, expenses show up as negative values, so you can read off your profit too.
